When one man keeps doing something that you know to be difficult, with such incredible ease, it is hard to find the appropriate words to use.
I could say this, or this or even this, but whatever words you chose, and Red Sox fans are out there looking for them, you just have to thank whoever you want to thank, that David Americo Ortiz pulls on red socks when he goes to work each day.

What is amazing is that over 90% of the players who hit one walk off only hit one! This guy is now up to his 7th homer walk off. Just boggling.
Certainly the best clutch hitter I have ever seen. I can think of no exception, (though I am too young to have seen Reggie Jackson in his prime).
Is there any athlete, in any sport, that rivals Ortiz's recent success? Jordan is the only one I can think of.
He has 10 walk off hits since he joined the Sox, not including the playoffs. He is amazing. Which begs the question, why would Philly even think about pitching to him with a second tier bullpen pitcher.
