The distance between the two Neil's homes and their favourite ballparks as they continue to argue over all things Yankees and Red Sox. 2005 brought no success, nor did 2006, will 2007 be the year for one of us to gloat about winning the World Series?

funny I was, am watching sox in 2 and its the bottom of the eighth. hmmm I wonder what will happen? Of course the only thing that last nights win means is that at worst, Sox and Yankees will be tied on Monday morning.
You guys have to make hay whilst the sun shines. The Wanger returns next week as does Matsui, Mussina the week after, the Rocket is moving towards the launchpad...
and he really did call it early for the Sox!
My only question is - why do Yankee fans think that once these guys are back, they will never get injured again?
They just believe in the Yankee magic that it won't happen. Still, so far its been a good start to the season, only 90% more of it to play, so don't get cocky!
